Shipping:
- Most ready-made items ship within 7-14 business days. Custom orders may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design. Estimated processing times will be provided when you place your order.
- Orders are shipped through trusted carries such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be provided when available.
- Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, but exact times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Large or oversized items may require additional shipping charges, which will be communicated before your order is finalized.
- In some cases, local pickup or delivery may be available. Please contact us for details.
Returns & Exchanges:
- All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.
- Non-Custom products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
- Customers are responsible for retun shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fult.
